Home Performance Crew

It takes great attitude to work in the types of places that this crew works day in and day out.   Sage has an insulation crew that is Weatherization Technician Installer and Blower Door/Pressure Diagnostics certified, and they are adept at providing the highest quality air-sealing, vapor barrier, and insulation.

Skilled, knowledgeable and thorough professionals.

"I highly recommend Sage Building Solutions.  I find that if they are involved during the design phase, many unnecessary and costly problems can be avoided."

"The experience they have in our temperate NW climate pays off well...their recommendations are well balanced between overall resource footprint,  long term financial savings, and upfront costs."

  - Lopez Community Land trust

"Sage Construction is a fine firm - first rate.  Doug Poole has my admiration as an overseer, and his crew are exceptional and very considerate.  I very much appreciate the quality of their work and will recommend them to others."

- Vanda, Friday Harbor

"I have to say that Brian Rick and the electricians did an amazing job installing our heat pump. My bro-in-law was a contractor when I was growing up building custom homes and he was a really sought after contractor of amazing talent, skill, dedication and commitment. Brian Rick reminded me of him and those days long ago. Brian Rick is the best worker and the most talented professional construction worker I have seen since those days growing up. A huge thank you to Brian Rick and your company at Sage. THANK YOU SO MUCH! You folks are the best!!!"
